A woman was murdered in her flat in Nihonbashi area in Tokyo.
She seemed to have led a quiet and ordinary life, so what happened?
A newcomer himself, Kaga interviews the local people in Nihonbashi area and slowly but surely, he gets closer to the truth.
But that's not it, he also slowly makes friends with the locals, he sometimes encourages them, sometimes gives them a nudge.
He is drawn to his new home, the town of Nihonbashi, and the town is loving him back.
